What you bring

• University degree (law, economics or equivalent), ideally with specialized training in compliance or data protection
• Several years of operational experience in the implementation, development or professionalization of compliance and/or data protection functions - ideally in a Swiss insurance company or bank
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial or insurance sector
• Proven experience in the implementation of control systems and governance structures
• Analytical capacity and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills and assured stakeholder management at all hierarchical levels
• Ability to persuade, pragmatism and pleasure in advancing topics autonomously
• Experience in team management or clear motivation to assume responsibility for a team
