• Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments (e.g., FINMA/BAG requirements, LPD) and pragmatic implementation in internal processes and directives

• Planning and execution of compliance risk analyses, controls, and audits
• Processing and investigation of compliance reports, including the definition of concrete measures
• Practical advice to specialist departments as well as active participation in cross-functional projects
• Reporting adapted to recipients to the general management and the board of directors

What you bring

• University degree (law, economics or equivalent), ideally with specialized training in compliance or data protection
• Several years of operational experience in the implementation, development, or professionalization of compliance and/or data protection functions - ideally in a Swiss insurance company or bank
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial or insurance sector
• Proven experience in the implementation of control systems and governance structures
• Analytical capacity and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management at all hierarchical levels
• Ability to persuade, pragmatism, and pleasure in advancing topics autonomously
• Experience in team management or a clear motivation to assume responsibility for a team
