Job Description As a member of the Executive Committee of the Le Locle branch, your mission will be to lead, structure, and evolve all complicated movement development activities. In this context, you will be in charge of: * Organizing and validating development activities as well as actively contributing to the definition of the global strategy regarding movements, technical innovation, and industrial performance * Guiding teams towards permanent monitoring of technological and watchmaking developments, both in terms of movement architectures and materials, processes, and industrial means * Defining prototyping and development work for high complication movements, integrating industrialization and production reliability challenges from the outset * Contributing to the elaboration and validating technical and industrial feasibility studies, in response to internal needs and strategic orientations * Ensuring respect for the development flow and the close link between the parent company and all concerned departments (Product, Production, Quality, Methods, Purchasing, Supply Chain) in a cross-functional coordination role * Being the guarantor of respect for costs, deadlines, industrial robustness, and the technical reliability of developments * Ensuring the proper coordination of digitalization projects related to your scope * Structuring and cataloging all technical data relating to projects, ensuring their preservation, and managing intellectual property and patents within your scope Qualifications * Holder of a Master's degree in engineering (EPF or equivalent), you have ideally completed your training with continuing education in management, leadership, and/or business management * You have significant and recognized experience in the development of watch movements, including complication movements, acquired within a High Horology House, ideally in a responsibility function * You justify solid experience in steering complex projects, integrating development and industrialization challenges * Of an organized and proactive nature, you demonstrate involvement and know how to anticipate risks and take the necessary decisions to guarantee the completion of projects in a demanding environment * Equipped with excellent communication skills, you know how to unite, engage, and evolve multidisciplinary teams of métier experts * You possess a good level of English (minimum B2) and master the office tools of the Windows environment * You are willing to travel regularly to our site in Le Brassus Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP Unwilling to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
