Do you want to not only operate applications but also actively develop them further? In this responsible role, you ensure the stable operation of our internally developed web and specialist applications and shape their future together with specialist departments, developers, and Product Owners. Your main tasks: Ensuring the stable operation and lifecycle management of our specialist and web applications, as well as processing and coordinating incidents, problems, and service requests. Users from the specialist department, superusers, or employees value your expertise: You support them with application problems and contribute to their empowerment. Participation in the implementation of changes and further developments in close cooperation with the Product Owner and developers. In addition, you create, update, maintain, and manage the necessary documentation (operating manual, user manual, instructions, etc.). You support the team with tests, releases, and the introduction of new functions. Your profile: Completed training in informatics, medical informatics, or a comparable qualification. Some years of professional experience in application management, IT operations, or a similar environment. You have good knowledge of web technologies (.NET applications) as well as MSSQL and have initial experience in the maintenance of web servers (IIS, Apache, etc.). Enjoyment of working with different stakeholders. Strong communication personality with a high customer and service orientation.
