What you will do:

• You are responsible for the entrepreneurial further development of the branch with around 17 employees, as well as the structural and organizational alignment to the constantly changing needs of the market
• Advising and supporting our institutional owners and customers, with the aim of developing professional and economic win-win solutions, is also part of your tasks
• You maintain regular contact with local organizations and authorities and know how to use your network within Wincasa profitably
• You lead a heterogeneous team of property management professionals and support them both in personnel and leadership aspects as well as in overarching negotiations
• As an open-minded and committed leader, you are responsible for coaching and developing your team members and also undertake various project tasks within the organization

• You have successfully completed higher education in the real estate environment or further training in business administration, sales, or marketing
• You have already acquired several years of leadership experience in the real estate industry and feel very comfortable in the role of coach, motivator, and pragmatic doer
• As an authentic Relationship Manager, you find it easy to build, maintain, and develop trust with different internal and external stakeholders
• A service- and solution-oriented approach is a matter of course for you and you enjoy inspiring your environment with this basic attitude
