Estimator / Tendering Specialist Structural Engineering, 80-100%

You know structural engineering from practice and want to develop professionally? With us, you will deepen your know-how in tendering, quantity surveying and digital working methods. In doing so, you will contribute your understanding of construction processes and develop step by step into a specialist for the preparation and tendering of demanding structural engineering projects.

Your tasks

• You independently create detailed tenders and bills of quantities based on the standard item catalogs (NPK).
• You check the documents necessary for the tender for completeness and plausibility and independently request missing information from the responsible departments.
• You perform digital quantity surveying using 2D plans and 3D models, thereby creating a reliable basis for precise tenders.
• You manage the import and export of bills of quantities as well as electronic offers via the SIA 451 interface.
• You clarify technical details directly with our project and construction managers and coordinate the tenders with them.
• You actively contribute your know-how to the team and support realization with questions regarding the construction administration program.

What distinguishes you

• You have completed vocational training as a Zeichner/in EFZ specialty architecture, eidg. dipl. Bauleiter/in or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in structural engineering in Switzerland and know the local requirements and processes.
• You work independently, structured and precisely and maintain an overview even with several parallel tenders.
• You are confident in using MS Office and bring experience with construction administration programs such as Provis or Messerli. Knowledge of Revit and Bluebeam is an additional plus.
• You are interested in innovative digital working methods such as BIM and want to use and further develop these specifically in your area of responsibility.
