Labour market measures (AMM) are education and qualification programs that support RAV clients in rapid and sustainable reintegration into the primary labour market. In this versatile role at the interface between external AMM providers and the RAV personal consultants, you will ensure that cooperation is goal- and impact-oriented.

Your tasks

• Steering the cooperation between AMM providers and the department of job placement
• Developing and implementing work instruments and writing product information on AMM
• Conducting AMM evaluations
• Conducting quality audits in AMM
• Collaborating on the development and evaluation of AMM concepts
• Leading meetings and information events on AMM

Your profile

• University degree (FH/Uni) and further training in the field of education/education management
• Very good French skills, oral and written (min. B2)
• Professional experience in the field of education / education management
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Networked thinking, structured and result-oriented working
