Caeli has 42 employees, including 4 project managers and 6 electrical planners.

We are looking for our 5th project manager to complete our team.

Engineer / Project Manager (M/F) in electricity

YOUR TASKS

• Develop preliminary design and study reports: dimensioning, functional description and calculations (power balance, lighting calculations, etc.), and costing
• Prepare tender documents and analysis
• Manage execution plans in connection with the planners
• Ensure site supervision as well as proper control and management of ongoing tasks
• Ensure good coordination with other trades
• Ensure direct relationship with the client and architects
• Manage your projects, including on a financial level, with full autonomy and under the supervision of your superior.

YOUR PROFILE

• HES Engineer, ES Technician or equivalent title
• Successful experience in an electrical engineering office or as a business manager, with projects from design to commissioning
• Proficiency with standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and the CAN
• Analytical and decision-making skills facilitating autonomy in mandate management
• Capable of understanding our clients' needs and responding to them appropriately
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Capable of managing your priorities and knowing how to delegate
• Enjoy working in a team in a cooperative spirit.
