In the Management Support and Services department of the Office for Agriculture and Nature (LANAT), we are looking for a versatile personality with a special affinity for IT, processes, and projects as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement. You will support the specialist departments of LANAT in the further development of specialist applications and enjoy varied tasks in an administrative environment.

Your tasks

• Contact point for our IT specialist applications: You support the users and design solutions together with our suppliers as well as the ICT of the directorate
• Construction and management of release management, from planning through tests and acceptances to introduction
• Active co-design of our business processes: Together with the specialist departments, you collect requirements and further develop the processes
• Project management: You manage smaller projects independently; in larger projects, you represent the perspective of the specialist departments
• Depending on need, you take on further tasks at the interface between the specialist departments and the ICT of the directorate

Your profile

• Degree in Business Information Technology (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Experience in the support of business applications, requirement gathering, as well as in project and release management
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence as well as the administration of the Canton of Bern are an advantage
• You work independently, structured, and maintain an overview even with several simultaneous tasks
• You like to build bridges and explain ICT topics in such a way that specialists without an ICT background can also understand them
