As a Quality Engineer, you will take responsibility for demanding problem statements, bring the right specialists together, and actively drive improvements forward. Your area of responsibility. ##

• In the role of problem owner, you manage the processing of customer complaints - from the initial analysis through to root cause clarification and sustainable problem resolution.
• You systematically investigate technical problems, using proven quality methods such as 8D, 5 Why and Ishikawa, and develop effective improvement measures together with the responsible departments.
• In interdisciplinary collaboration, you bring the right specialists to the table, coordinate problem-solving teams, and ensure that agreed measures are consistently implemented and checked for their effectiveness.
• You are also required for quality-relevant decisions: You coordinate material blocks, releases and rework, initiate production or delivery stops if necessary according to the applicable specifications, and ensure transparent communication with all parties involved.

Your profile - More than just expertise. ##

• A basic technical education, ideally supplemented by further training in quality management, or sound professional experience acquired over several years in the quality field.
• Experience in quality or complaint management, preferably in an industrial environment, as well as knowledge of common quality methods such as FMEA, Poka Yoke, MSA and FAI.
• Familiarity with systematic problem-solving techniques such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 Why, as well as ideally knowledge in Lean Management, Six Sigma or KVP.
• An analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, paired with initiative, sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
• Strong communication skills, diplomatic skill and enjoyment in developing sustainable solutions together with different departments.
