Our three-person team acts as a link between the specialist departments and the superior bodies of the Directorate and the Canton. For the newly created position as Data Manager, you will rebuild the future data management of the Amt für Landschaft und Natur. Your tasks * Implementation of cantonal data governance and ensuring law-compliant data management in the ALN * Specialist responsibility for the applications used canton-wide from the data area (data platform and Power Platform) * Modeling of data stocks and developing evaluations as well as dashboards * Support and advice for our departments in the field of data management * Management or sub-project management in the field of data and its application area * Preparation of decision-making bases for the office management Your profile * University degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in Business Informatics, Data Science, Informatics or a related discipline * Sound experience in data management * Good knowledge of modern data and low-code tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Platform) -- from data modeling to dashboards to low-code applications and scripting * Networked thinking, confident structuring of information and the ability to develop conceptually viable solutions from it * Independent way of working, persuasiveness in consulting and the ability to involve people across department boundaries What awaits you You develop your own ideas and solutions and put them into practice.
