Your Task ##

• Analysis and documentation of technical inquiries in the support process
• Execution of first- and second-level support in the IT environment
• Proactive monitoring and maintenance of customer infrastructures
• Management of open support tickets including status feedback
• Participation in regular shift services with on-call duty assignments

Your Profile ##

• Completed informatics training EFZ or comparable professional experience
• Profound experience in first- and second-level support required
• Practical skills in the area of virtualized Windows and Linux environments
• Independent way of working and strong customer orientation
• Communication reliability in German and good English skills are an advantage
