Your tasks ###

• Selection, evaluation, and negotiation with suppliers according to company guidelines
• Analysis of offers, tenders, and contracts
• Ensuring timely and reliable deliveries
• Maintenance of purchasing documents and approval of invoices in SAP
• Monitoring quality, processing SLA complaints, and supporting Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
• Carrying out risk assessments as well as controlling raw material positions and creating mass balance reports
• Control and coordination of import processes

Your profile ###

• Completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable field; further training in purchasing is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in purchasing/procurement
• Business fluent German and English skills; French skills are a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Sound understanding of supply chains as well as SAP knowledge
• Independent, resilient, and structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
