To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for you as a Senior Data Solution Engineer Individual Life. As a Senior Data Solutions Engineer, you play a key role in Information Technology and contribute to driving the data strategy of Zurich Schweiz Leben in cooperation with the Life business department. You develop and maintain both curated data products - i.e., clearly defined, easy-to-use datasets from the Life business unit - as well as complex data products that are used by other business units. In doing so, you use and improve our modern Data & Insight Generation platform (DIG) and work in partnership with the various business departments to create a better understanding of our customers and their needs. What you do * You integrate data and work closely with IT & Business experts as well as Product Owners from various business units (Individual Life, Finance, Customer Office, Agent, Broker & Partnerships, Underwriting, Group Technology & Operations). * You design, develop and implement scalable, reliable and flexible solutions with Microsoft Azure Synapse/Fabric components to further develop our data platform. * You develop and operate reliable data pipelines that are used for analytical use cases. * You perform data quality checks and promote continuous improvement along the entire lifecycle of our data products. * You ensure that our Data Governance guidelines are complied with and actively contribute to the further development of our data product standard.
