In this context, and in order to strengthen the organization of its technical department, it mandates us to search for a Draftsman-Designer (M/F) ----------------------------- ### Metal construction In this versatile function, you intervene at the heart of projects, from technical design to their realization. You develop plans, coordinate the different stages, and ensure the link with production and assembly, while providing your expertise and solutions to the challenges encountered. Main responsibilities * Design technical solutions adapted to the specificities of each project and produce the necessary approval and execution plans * Analyze technical needs and constraints in order to propose relevant and feasible constructive solutions * Prepare all technical documents and files necessary for the manufacturing and assembly of the works * Prepare and follow material orders in collaboration with purchasing, while ensuring compliance with supply deadlines * Plan and organize the various production and assembly tasks in order to ensure the smooth running and continuity of operations in collaboration with the Project Manager * Perform surveys and measurements on construction sites and adapt plans according to the realities encountered in the field * Identify and anticipate potential technical or production difficulties and proactively propose adapted solutions * Actively participate in continuous improvement by proposing optimizations to gain efficiency, quality, and control over deadlines and costs Your profile * You hold a CFC as a draftsman-constructor in metal or a training deemed equivalent * You benefit from confirmed experience in drawing and design in metal construction * Comfortable in technical design and execution drawing, you work with precision and rigor * Your autonomy and sense of initiative allow you to take charge of your files in a structured and proactive manner * You work in an organized and methodical way. Proficiency in CAD tools, as well as good ease with MS Office, are part of your skills * Solution-oriented, you like to understand technical problems and contribute concretely to their resolution.
