Job Description ##

• You receive customer inquiries and process technical problems
• Customer identification and assistance with the migration to the new application E-Banking Login
• Part-time from Monday to Friday (50% - afternoon shifts 16:30 - 21:00)
• Flexible working hours (7:00 - 21:00) with 100% workload from Monday to Friday with an extended lunch break

We expect ##

• Swiss German / German as native language (oral and written)
• Italian oral and written at level B2/C1 is a MUST
• Service orientation, good PC skills and experience in customer service facilitate the entry
• For employment, an impeccable criminal record and debt enforcement register extract is required

• Permanent employment between 50 % and 100 % possible. Training phase at 100% (approx. 1 week)
• After successful training, home office is possible for employees residing in Switzerland
• Until the 5th year of service, one more day of vacation every year
