Your Task ##

• You deal with internal projects and lead them
• You manage the 1st to 3rd-level support
• Proactive monitoring and administration of server environments, including troubleshooting and performance tuning
• You ensure system availability in cooperation with the various departments
• Documentation of processes

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as an IT specialist with EFZ and corresponding further training/experience
• You are experienced in the following technologies: M365, Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory
• At least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer
• Courteous and exact manner with a high quality standard
• Very good German and good English skills
