AI Business Analyst

We are looking for a personality who, while diving into concepts and code, never loses sight of the essentials.

What you achieve ###

• You analyze business processes, identify concrete GenAI/AI use cases on-prem / Cloud, and advance them with a strong orientation towards implementation.
• You translate business needs into clear and understandable requirements for IT, Data & AI teams.
• You support the introduction of AI solutions from the idea to the pilot to deployment at the bank-wide scale.
• You encourage the adoption of AI, for example via training, guidelines, and best practice formats.
• You act as an internal contact person for GenAI/AI, advise specialized departments, and moderate stakeholders.
• You measure the benefits and acceptance of AI solutions and derive concrete improvement measures from them.

What you bring ###

• Education: Master (university, university of applied sciences)
• Field: Computer Science / Computer Science / Business Informatics
• Professional experience: At least 5 years in AI engineering / business analysis
• Several years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally in AI, IT, or digitalization projects.
• Several years of experience with GenAI/AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, chatbots, engineering) and typical use cases.
• Experience in creating management presentations as well as in the adapted presentation of AI topics to all levels of management.
• Very good knowledge of IT and AI environments (on-prem & Cloud) as well as a basic understanding of data protection and compliance.
• Experience in collaborating with different actors and experience in change management / enablement/adoption initiatives for new digital AI solutions.
• German (C1)
• English (B1)
