• Set up and manage sub-accounts, cloud services and entitlements, perform monitoring, optimize performance
• Process incidents as well as implement and maintain security specifications and role/authorization concepts
• Develop guidelines and fundamentals in the area of SAP BTP governance as well as configure and operate Workzone sites including workspaces and pages
• Adapt and further develop themes, navigation and widgets in SAP Build Workzone, integrate third-party applications and services as well as develop concepts and provide technological advice
• Configure, maintain and operate SAP Fiori Launchpad including spaces, pages and business catalogs, activate standard Fiori apps as well as implement customer-specific requirements using UI adaptations, app variants and translations
• Design and maintain Fiori role concepts and authorizations using PFCG as well as coordinate cooperation with development, module consulting, system teams, authorization and security teams and develop technical solution approaches with relevant stakeholders

This makes you unique

• Completed university degree (FH/Uni) in computer science, business informatics or a related field or an equivalent higher education with corresponding several years of professional experience
• Several years of practical know-how in the administration and operation of SAP environments, in particular SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Build Workzone and SAP Fiori
• Sound knowledge in the configuration, further development and operation of SAP BTP, SAP Build Workzone as well as SAP Fiori Launchpad; experience in dealing with SAP role and authorization concepts as well as security requirements; basic knowledge in SAP development (ABAP, JavaScript, SAPUI5, OData services) is an advantage
• Experience with agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) as well as knowledge in the use of CI/CD and monitoring tools
• Analytical and conceptual way of thinking, strong customer and service orientation as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working, ability to work in a team and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams as well as the competence to communicate complex technical matters in a target-group-oriented manner
• Active knowledge of two official languages as well as good English skills

In a nutshell

You will take over the holistic configuration and administration of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as well as the design and maintenance of the SAP Build Workzone and the Fiori administration. In this key position, you ensure that the SAP environment is operated and further developed optimally.
