For more information, see Your Tasks Our HR Payroll team is responsible for the METTLER TOLEDO companies in Switzerland for HCM master data and organizational maintenance as well as for the comprehensive processing of payroll administration. For our open-minded team, we are looking for a motivated person to support several internal clients as Payroll Specialist 100% (all genders). In this function, you will undertake the following activities: * Administration of all employee master data as well as maintenance of organizational management in LOGA in cooperation with our Shared Service Center in Europe and integration of the data in Workday. * Independent payroll processing of various payroll cycles (approx. 700 employees) taking into account the new Workday processes and systems. * Processing and handling of social security and pension fund topics including year-end closing (UVG, KTG, AHV, withholding tax etc.) and issuing annual salary certificates. * Processing of sickness and accident daily allowances, maternity insurance as well as EO settlements. * Creating various monthly reports (accruals) and reconciliation work with financial accounting as well as participation in company-wide projects round off the job profile. Your Profile The following requirements we set for this position: * You have a commercial basic training with specialist further training in the field of human resources or social insurance (social insurance specialist or an equivalent higher education in payroll). * You bring several years of professional experience in payroll administration in an industrial or service company. * You have advanced knowledge in a personnel information system (SAP, Abacus, Workday or LOGA) and MS Office (especially Excel) as well as a high IT affinity. * You are a responsible and discreet personality with an independent, precise and team-oriented manner. * You are flexible, service-oriented and resilient, with a strong flair for numbers, good process understanding and clear prioritization. * You are fluent in German and communicate very well in English.
