As a Project Manager Support, you will actively shape the digitalization of the services of the Amt für Wirtschaft (AWI). You combine expertise, processes, and ICT, develop requirements, and accompany solutions from the idea to operation. In doing so, you create media-break-free workflows and practical digital solutions.

Your tasks

• Lead and help shape projects and initiatives
• Capture, document, and further develop workflows and processes as a basis for digitalization
• Coordinate requirements for specialist applications professionally and formulate them in compliance with ISDS
• Be responsible for subject-related tests and acceptances for new specialist applications, releases, and changes
• Coordinate the ICT environment and support users with support, training, and documentation

Your profile

• Committed, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working as well as enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Sociable and team-oriented personality who enjoys working with others and pursuing common goals
• Completed vocational training; higher vocational education or equivalent professional training is an advantage
• Adequate further training in the areas of project management, informatics, business analysis and/or process management
• German C2, French B1, English B1
