What it is about

You accompany job-seeking professionals with different professional and personal backgrounds on their way back into the primary labor market. This is not about standard solutions: You conduct individual coachings, develop suitable strategies together with your clients, and support them in specifically utilizing their professional opportunities. We place great value on labor market-oriented support – practice-oriented, innovative, and solution-focused, with a clear view of the requirements and opportunities of the primary labor market.

What you will achieve

• Independent support of job-seeking professionals within the framework of labor market measures (AMM)
• Further development of individual application strategies
• Optimization of application documents and support with professional personal appearance
• Preparation for job interviews and accompaniment of the entire application process
• Active engagement with the current labor market and its requirements
• Active contact and exchange with potential employers
• Professional communication and traceable documentation towards the responsible RAV personal consultants

What you bring with you

• Further training at FA, CAS, FH or similar level in the coaching field is mandatory (ideally with BSO recognition)
• At least 4 years of proven professional experience as a job coach or reintegration specialist is mandatory
• Completed commercial vocational training
• Profound knowledge of the Swiss labor market
• Good knowledge of HR and social insurance
• Current application know-how, especially in dealing with digital tools & AI
• Good ICT user skills and confident handling of the Mac
• Good networking in the Olten–Aarau region
• Very good oral and written German skills
