As Product Development Manager at Medgate, you will develop new telemedicine services from the idea to the market launch. You are responsible for your own workflows, test new care models in pilot projects, and integrate them, in collaboration with medicine, technology, and partners, into regular operations. What we can offer you

• Development of existing (digital) health services and design of new ones for the Swiss market
• Autonomous management of workflows, sub-projects, and pilot projects, from design to launch
• Execution of market analyses, business cases, and decision documents for management
• Elaboration of requirements and specifications (PRD) as a basis for medical and technical implementation
• Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs as well as implementation of concrete measures
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders, from medicine, medical compliance, and IT to insurers, cantons, and providers

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, health sciences, or health profession
• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system (provider, health insurance, or consulting) and good knowledge of KVG, OKP, and the actors
• Experience in customer-centric development of digital services or products
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and to prioritize in a structured manner in a dynamic environment
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Initial experience in using AI applications in daily life and interest in their development in digital health solutions
• Communicative, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial personality, enjoying interdisciplinary work, with great flexibility and stress resistance
• Very good knowledge of German and good in English, French is an asset
