• Ensure operational day-to-day business in integration management and process administrative tasks
• Coordinate, monitor and document orders to integration management
• Collect customer needs, develop and recommend solution variants
• Support integration managers with internal organizational and infrastructure projects
• Carry out periodic checks of inventory as well as internal invoicing
• Support the specialist responsible person for the business administration system GEVER regarding registry matters

• Commercial or technical basic training with further training in the commercial field
• In-depth technical understanding, especially office automation, as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of federal standards and IT service management software is an advantage
• Independent and responsible way of working as well as enjoyment of learning and change processes
• Strong service orientation as well as good communication and cooperation skills
• Good active knowledge of a second official language
