You are a nursing professional and enjoy not only advising people professionally but also inspiring them towards the appropriate support?

In this role, you combine your nursing expertise with consulting and communication. You visit families at home, analyze their situation, explain our offer, and accompany them in the decision for the appropriate support.

You believe that people who are cared for at home deserve a dignified, self-determined life — and that caring relatives are heroes and heroines. Therefore, we accompany them with personal care, practical support in everyday nursing, and professional training – and ensure that their valuable work is fairly compensated.

Your tasks

• You visit clients and their relatives at home and carry out the initial assessment of the nursing situation
• You listen, ask the right questions, and recognize which support the family really needs
• You explain our offer understandably and convince relatives of which possibilities are open to them
• You make independent clinical assessments and initiate the next steps
• You ensure the correct preparation of the nursing order and all nursing-relevant basics
• You coordinate with Spitex organizations and other partners
• You document your assessments and ensure a clean handover to further nursing care
• You complete your administrative tasks independently from your home office

What you bring with you

• Completed training in nursing at tertiary level (Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH)
• Professional experience in outpatient nursing / Spitex — you know the environment and know what matters
• Genuine talent for persuasion: You win people over in a sympathetic and trustworthy manner
• Joy in actively winning relatives for suitable support offers — you take objections sportingly and see them as a challenge
• Strong, structured conversation management: You get straight to the point, briefly and concisely
• Professional, well-groomed appearance — the first impression counts
• Strong clinical assessment skills and good powers of observation
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You act goal-oriented, decide independently, and take responsibility
• High resilience and flexibility in changing situations
• Confident handling of digital tools
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
