You will

• comprehensively process inheritances and estates – from checking legitimacy documents to authorizing payments and account liquidations
• process curatels
• process inquiries from debt collection and bankruptcy offices
• create confirmations, conduct complex research and process production orders
• take on tasks in the customer area (e.g., dunning process, bank-held correspondence, unclaimed assets)
• support our front-line employees as a competent contact person for questions in the customer/inheritance area and maintain telephone and written contact with heirs
• have the possibility to work partly from home

You bring

• a completed commercial basic training (preferably in a banking or notary environment)
• conversational French skills
• an independent, careful and exact way of working
• a communicative, team-oriented and decisive personality with high resilience and care
• a high service and customer orientation
