Delivery Team Lead Digital Commerce Payments (w/m/d)

In the Solution Team Digital Commerce, you develop and operate central solutions related to the payment transactions of one of Switzerland's largest card payment providers with our agile Delivery Teams. With your team, you ensure that payments are processed simply, securely, and reliably and that new PostFinance products can be efficiently connected. The Solution Team is responsible for the Digital Commerce platforms and thereby combines modern cloud technologies with high requirements for stability, security, and scalability. In a dynamic and growing environment, it thus creates the technological foundation for existing and future payment services and products. You continuously develop your Delivery Team, accompany it in agile working methods and collaboration, and promote individual responsibility as well as a strong growth mindset. What you can achieve

• You take responsibility for the further development of the Delivery Team «Digital Commerce Payments», which develops and operates the central booking engine for Digital Commerce as well as an ordering system for a growing number of profitable PostFinance products
• Together with Product Owners and Architecture Owners, you form the functional leadership in the trio for the Delivery Team and thereby lay the foundation of our agile working methods and collaboration
• As a servant leader, you create and maintain the framework conditions so that the Delivery Team can concentrate on the delivery of useful and high-quality results
• You promote continuous learning and actively drive the systematic further development and self-organization of the team
