About the position:

Our client is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to act as the key interface between internal planning teams and external manufacturing partners. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted product supply, coordinating demand and supply activities, monitoring order execution, and proactively managing supply risks to support customer service excellence.

Job Description ##

• Coordinate supply chain activities between planning teams and external manufacturing partners.
• Manage purchase orders and monitor on-time delivery performance.
• Ensure accurate communication of supply and demand information between stakeholders.
• Track open orders, identify supply exceptions, and drive problem resolution.
• Support stock availability and manage shortages or allocation situations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply, and logistics teams to mitigate supply risks.
• Monitor demand forecasts and support long-term supply planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain projects.

Profile sought ##

• 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or logistics, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or consumer goods industry.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• Good understanding of: supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, customer service, and logistics processes.
• ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Languages: fluent English (mandatory), German and/or French as a second language (mandatory)
