Project Management Concept Development - Education Program Global South 20-40 %

Do you want to contribute your pedagogical experience and develop an education concept together with specialists in Uganda? For a fixed-term phase of concept development, we are looking for a specialist with experience in education, concept development, and international cooperation.

What you will achieve with us:

• For the Stiftung Gott hilft, you will develop an education program for teaching and childcare personnel in the Global South. You will develop a well-founded concept that includes continuing education modules, evaluated initial trials, as well as financing and implementation planning.
• Together with the partners in Uganda, you will clarify the needs and develop goals and modules from them. The starting point is the local pre-school and primary school in Lira.
• You will coordinate the testing of selected modules in Lira and evaluate them with the local team.
• You will consolidate the results in the concept, including quality criteria, budget, and requirements for later transfer to other locations.

• You bring pedagogical professional competence and experience in the development of educational offerings, for example from school development, adult education, or social pedagogy. A corresponding education or comparable professional experience is welcome.
• You bring experience in international cooperation. Crucial in this regard is your willingness to learn and develop together with local specialists.
• You can design development processes, incorporate experiences from different contexts, and write clear concepts.
• You write with stylistic confidence in German and can communicate confidently in English in a professional context.
• You respectfully uphold our Christian view of humanity and our values.

This is how we imagine it:

A self-responsible and time-limited project task with opportunities for design and flexible working conditions. The position can be organized alongside another professional activity.

• From March 2027 or by arrangement, fixed-term for 4 to 8 months
• Fixed-term employment or mandate with the possibility of involvement in the implementation
• Willingness required for one to two project trips to Uganda, totaling three to four weeks.
• Possibility of home office and flexible working hours
• Connection to the Stiftung Gott hilft in Zizers
• Possibility of a combination with the separately advertised fundraising position at 40 to 60 %
