What you can contribute

• Execute daily operations, including administrative work, in the field of integration management.
• Coordinate, supervise, and document the missions entrusted to integration management.
• Collect client needs, develop, and recommend different solutions.
• Assist the head of integration management in the implementation of internal organizational or infrastructure projects.
• Perform periodic inventory checks and internal billing.
• Provide support to the head of the GEVER electronic business management system for questions related to document filing.

What makes you unique

• Initial training as a commercial employee or initial technical training with additional training in the commercial field.
• Solid technical knowledge, especially in office automation, and good mastery of applications.
• Knowledge of the standard IT tools of the Confederation and IT service management software is an asset.
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, openness to change, and a taste for learning -- Strong sense of service, good communication skills, cooperative spirit.
• Good active knowledge of a second official language.
