Your Area of Responsibility

• Development of electrical engineering solutions for demanding machines and systems, from customer requirements through to the concept and to the implementation-ready solution
• Elaboration of electrical and automation concepts as well as creation of corresponding schematic designs as a basis for detailed design
• Technical responsibility for the electrical design of a machine or system in close cooperation with automation, mechanical design, project management, suppliers, and other specialist departments
• Definition and coordination of engineering work packages, monitoring implementation by internal and external specialists, and ensuring technical quality through reviews
• Management of several projects in parallel, taking into account technical requirements, deadlines, quality, and costs within your own area of responsibility
• Contribution of expertise in functional risk assessments as well as ensuring the standard-compliant implementation of electrical engineering solutions
• Active further development and sustainable optimization of existing standards, technical solutions, and engineering processes based on your own project experience

Your Profile

• Technical education (HF/FH/Uni) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in electrical design and automation in mechanical or plant engineering
• Experience in the technical responsibility for projects or larger work packages as well as in the coordination of sub-projects, for example as a Senior Engineer
• Experience in working with external partners, including awarding, steering, and controlling engineering services, as well as the ability to handle several projects in parallel in a structured manner
• Sound knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines, particularly in the area of machine safety and functional safety
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of EPLAN or comparable CAE systems
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
