Your missions ##

As a Senior Business Analyst Consultant, you will support our public sector clients in their transformation initiatives by intervening from the early scoping and decision-support phases. You will play a key role in analyzing business challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining directions to meet the needs of organizations.

• Conduct business studies, analyze existing processes, identify organizational impacts, and formulate recommendations adapted to the client's challenges;
• Organize and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, functional and technical experts in order to align needs, constraints, and transformation objectives;
• Collect, formalize, and challenge business requirements, management rules, and target processes in a logic of continuous improvement and value creation;
• Evaluate different solution scenarios, analyze their impacts, risks, costs, and benefits in order to inform the decisions of governance bodies;
• Produce reference deliverables such as study reports, requirements documents, value analyses, decision support materials, and functional documentation;
• Ensure the link between business units and IT teams during the study and design phases to secure the chosen directions and facilitate their implementation;

Your profile ##

• Master's degree level in information systems, engineering, management, or an equivalent title;
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or Transformation Consultant, with strong exposure to consulting and scoping activities;
• Proven experience in conducting preliminary studies, process analysis, requirements gathering and formalization, as well as decision support;
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate complex workshops, unite stakeholders, and produce high-value-added deliverables for governance bodies;
• Mastery of business analysis frameworks (IIBA/BABOK) and good knowledge of Agile approaches;
• Experience in the public sector or a highly regulated environment is a major asset;
• Excellent analysis, synthesis, and communication skills; fluent French is indispensable and professional English is appreciated.
