Your Task ##

• You actively work on engineering tasks, the conception, optimization and further development of the heterogeneous IT infrastructure and systems
• You form the interface between the IT services and the customers
• Together with your team, you ensure the provision and support of the diverse IT services including incident and problem solving and lead IT projects
• You maintain close cooperation with other IT experts within and outside your organization

Your Profile ##

• Completed IT training FH or HF with deep, relevant professional experience
• Mandatory deep knowledge in Windows system administration
• 2-4 years experience in the personnel and professional leadership of a team
• Experience in IT service management and ITIL
• Experience in project management and in process optimization
• Profound know-how and practical experience in the conception, implementation and troubleshooting of IT systems
• Proficient German and good English skills
