Your new job ##

• You create and maintain analyses, reports, budgets and forecast models for the executive management and the Service Center leadership team - on schedule and with high quality
• You analyze demanding questions with expertise and advise internal stakeholders with an entrepreneurial perspective to identify optimization potential
• You methodically and technically further develop the reporting framework of the Service Center within the team and in interdisciplinary groups
• Furthermore, you collect, clean and analyze large amounts of data from various sources and perform target-actual comparisons as well as variance analyses
• With enthusiasm, you support important project ventures, represent the view of the Service Center in interdisciplinary teams and find suitable solutions in the tension between requirements and innovation

What we benefit from ##

• University/FH degree preferably in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in (Business) Controlling, financial planning and/or data analysis as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Handling Power BI or Tableau, Power Automate, Excel as well as AI tools is easy for you, very good SQL knowledge for querying, linking and analyzing large data sets as well as good Python knowledge, especially with pandas, NumPy and common libraries for data visualization
• Practical experience with ETL processes and the integration of heterogeneous data sources as well as a good understanding of data models, databases and data warehouse structures
• German native language or very good German skills
