• Advising managers on all questions regarding the employee lifecycle
• Supporting managers with personnel budgeting
• Accompanying restructuring and transformation projects as well as active participation in management meetings
• Responsibility for the implementation of HR processes according to applicable standards and regulations
• Active participation in the further development of HR processes within the framework of projects and working groups

What makes you unique

• Completed degree in the field of Human Resources and Business Administration (FH/University) with Federal Diploma of Higher Education in HR
• Several years of experience in HR consulting as well as in accompanying organizational development and change processes
• Independent, team-oriented personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Performance- and solution-oriented working style, combined with agility, structure, resilience, and high stress tolerance
• Very good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of two official languages and English in spoken and written form
