Customer Advisor Social Insurances: Family Allowances & EO (80 to 100%)

Work location: Zurich area / Home office share: up to 60%

For our client, an established and modern Swiss social insurance in the Zurich area, we are looking for a committed and expert personality for the management of the specialist departments Family Allowances and Loss of Earnings Compensation (EO).

Your tasks

• Customer consulting: Telephone and written support of customers throughout Switzerland (D/F).
• Case processing: Independent checking, calculating and determining benefit claims in the area of family allowances (taking into account cantonal and international regulations).
• EO & parental compensation: Processing of registrations and ensuring timely payment.
• Process design: Active collaboration on special tasks and the further development of internal processes.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Education: Commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience: At least 2 to 4 years of experience in the processing of family allowances and/or EO/parental compensation.
• Languages: Business fluent German as well as good French skills (level B2); Italian is an advantage.
• IT & know-how: Strong numerical understanding, exact-analytical way of working
• Personality: Team player with quick comprehension and networked thinking.
