Customer Service Clerk DE/FR 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

As a member of our support team, you are the important contact person for our customers and place their satisfaction first. You help with questions, solve problems and ensure that our customers have an excellent experience with Digital Republic.

• You process customer inquiries via telephone and ticketing system in German, French and ideally in English.
• You support our customers with questions and advise them proactively regarding our mobile, home and data subscriptions.
• You pass on customer feedback internally and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our subscriptions and internal processes.
• You support back-office tasks and work together with other teams within the company.

What you bring with you

• A completed apprenticeship in the field of commercial clerk, customer dialogue or a comparable specialist area.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. More important to us, however, is that you enjoy communicating with people, always remain friendly and keep an overview even with several simultaneous inquiries.
• You write and speak fluent and stylish German and French. Good English skills are an advantage.
• You work independently, reliably and accurately. You think ahead and enjoy taking responsibility.
• Your positive and communicative personality distinguishes you and you enjoy truly helping customers.
• You are willing to work on Saturdays occasionally and take time off during the week in return.
