Berne, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute * Assume responsibility for the strategy, profitability, and sustainable development of the assigned real estate portfolio and plan the long-term use of real estate assets * Participate in the development of the real estate strategy of the civil federal administration, define strategic guidelines for projects, and develop sustainable and needs-based solution paths * Plan and steer the project credits of the relevant portfolio, evaluate credit requests, launch strategic projects and the maintenance program, and ensure their financing * Advise departments and offices in German and French on strategic issues and evaluate their needs, conduct negotiations, and prepare decision bases for the competent bodies * Communicate the decisions of the OFCL and ensure their systematic implementation, represent the strategic interests of the OFCL to internal and external partners In what makes you unique * Degree from a higher education institution or equivalent training, preferably in real estate management, architecture, construction, business administration, or a related discipline * Several years of experience in the strategic management of real estate, portfolios, or projects, proven experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with different stakeholder groups * Very good analytical and conceptual skills, solid business management skills, ability to quickly grasp complex situations and develop sustainable solutions * Confidence and conviction, good consulting skills, ability to reconcile different interests and to defend decisions with confidence, even in difficult situations * Very good knowledge of two official languages and, ideally, knowledge of a third In a few words You will play a central role in the strategic development of a demanding real estate portfolio of the civil federal administration.
