What you can contribute

• Develop, and take responsibility for, test strategies, concepts, and plans for complex specialized applications
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the testing activities required at each level of development and support decisions relating to quality and validation
• Implement and evolve automated test solutions and test infrastructures, then integrate them into modern development and deployment processes
• Analyze quality-related risks, implement risk-based testing procedures, and establish relevant quality indicators
• Advise business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders on quality, testability, and quality engineering issues
• Continuously develop methods, processes, and standards in the field of test management and automation

What makes you unique

• Higher education (ES/HES) or equivalent in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, or a comparable discipline
• Experience in test management, quality engineering, or quality assurance in complex specialized applications
• Deep expertise in test automation with Selenium and in modern development processes (CI/CD, shift-left)
• Knowledge of recognized testing methods and, ideally, ISTQB advanced level certification or equivalent qualification
• Analytical mindset, pleasure in collaborating interdisciplinarily, and an autonomous, solution-oriented way of working
• Good active knowledge of two official languages and English
