Your tasks at your new employer

• You are responsible for annual financial planning and forecasting, in collaboration with the various departments of the organization
• You create clear dashboards and indicators, analyze budget variances, and propose concrete solutions to management
• You advise team leaders with targeted financial analyses to help them better steer their activities
• You lead the accounting team, support its development, and ensure the quality of closings and annual accounts
• You monitor costs per activity, identify opportunities for savings, and evaluate the profitability of ongoing projects
• You advance the digitalization of financial processes and ensure the smooth running of the ERP with the IT partner

You offer your new employer

• You have completed higher education in finance, accounting, or controlling
• Ideally, you have obtained a federal higher diploma in finance, a real plus for taking charge of the strategic aspects of the position
• You speak and write French perfectly, and good knowledge of German is an advantage for this position
• You have several years of experience in controlling and management accounting, initial management experience, and a good command of ERPs
• You are a proactive and positive person, you like to find simple solutions, and you know how to motivate your team on a daily basis
