To complement our team, we are looking for motivated and reliable employees as

Clerk Invoices, Invoicing & Dunning 60-80%
Your tasks
Assistance with monthly invoice dispatch
Assistance with dunning
Assistance with monthly and interim closings
Operation and further development of our systems as well as participation in process optimizations
Counter service as well as telephone service
Processing of customer inquiries via e-mail
Our requirements
Commercial employee EFZ or corresponding retraining
Experience in finance is an advantage
Good knowledge of the common MS Office suite
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
Independent, exact and reliable way of working
High service orientation as well as enjoyment of customer contact
Ideal age for our team constellation 25 to 50 years old
