AI-Assisted Solutions Engineer (w/m/d)

GenAI is not only changing software development, but also how PostFinance approaches challenges. In the Enterprise Data & AI Solutions area, you support teams in shaping concrete solutions from ideas. Together with business departments, Product Owners and Delivery Teams, you work at the interface of business, data and technology. Using modern AI tools, you develop prototypes and enable colleagues to use AI effectively – this is how you sustainably move PostFinance.

What you can achieve

• Together with business departments, you identify concrete use cases for AI and translate challenges into actionable solution approaches
• You accompany teams from the first idea via prototypes and MVPs to near-production solutions
• You use modern AI-supported development methods and show teams in a practical way how they can be used meaningfully
• You coach employees and managers in the use of AI-Assisted Engineering
• You develop reusable patterns, best practices and standards for the secure and scalable use of AI
• You work closely with architecture, security, governance and delivery teams
• You help to sustainably anchor AI competencies in the organization

What you bring with you

• Experience in using AI-supported tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or comparable solutions
• Understanding of software development to assess and help shape prototypes, MVPs and technical solution approaches
• Ability for structured recording of business needs and translation into concrete solution options
• Joy in empowering people, in knowledge exchange and in the establishment of new ways of working
• Interest in the interface between business department, technology and organization
• Curiosity, pragmatism and joy in experimenting and driving new topics forward
• Excellent German skills and very good English skills
