PAYROLL SPECIALIST 80-100% (IT/DE)

This is what you can achieve with us.

• Complete management of the payroll process, from hiring to the departure of employees, for a defined area of competence
• Autonomous, precise, and punctual entry of all personnel changes in SAP
• Processing and checking of working time data from various employment reports (CCL, personnel regulations) and from the RTM time management application
• Verification and correct management of allowances related to absences due to accident, illness, maternity leave, paternity leave, and military service
• Checking and accounting of social insurance calculations (AVS, IPG, LAINF, pension fund, etc.)
• Management and verification of family allowances
• Processing and checking of withholding tax calculations
• Close collaboration with HR Administration and HR Business Partners
• Advising employees on salary and insurance issues
• Main point of contact for insurance companies, authorities, and tax administrations

This is what defines you.

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification; a specialization in the field of payroll and/or social insurance is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function in the payroll field.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and German, both written and spoken, indispensable for supporting employees and managers in the Italian-speaking and German-speaking regions of Switzerland; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Autonomous, precise, and deadline-oriented way of working, combined with a strong focus on service
• Motivated person, oriented towards teamwork and open to change and new opportunities
