Transaction Advisory accompanies real estate transactions holistically: We develop strategies for investment and divestment decisions, optimize portfolios, and create added value through sound valuations and pricing.

In your leadership role, you hold the entrepreneurial, professional, and personnel responsibility (incl. P&L) for our growing Transaction Advisory and ensure its sustainable development.
What you will do:
You expand our range of services, win new customers and mandates, and thus ensure sustainable growth for your team
You conduct demanding transactions from the first analysis to the closing. In doing so, you and your team accompany our clients holistically - from strategic orientation to detailed implementation
With your sense for market trends, a strong network, and your presence in media and industry events, you position Transaction Advisory in a targeted manner - and sustainably expand our market strength
As a leader at eye level with a hands-on mentality, you create an environment in which trust, performance, and development are central - and in which talents realize ambitious goals together
Why you will succeed:
With a degree in BWL, finance, architecture, or engineering with further training in the real estate sector, you bring the necessary foundation
With at least 6 years of professional experience in the field of real estate transactions, you are not only excellently familiar with real estate valuations, market analyses, and the relevant legal areas, but also bring a large customer network
You bring several years of leadership experience and can sustainably inspire your team with your modern leadership style even in challenging times
Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic action, clear communication, and strong negotiation skills characterize your style
Linguistically you are versatile: German as a native language, business fluent in English and good French skills
