• Carry out procurement projects in the ICT environment below the WTO thresholds via the entire source-to-pay process
• Support and advise demand holders in procurement planning
• Implement legally secure procurements according to the requirements of public procurement law
• Represent the ISC-EJPD towards external partners regarding procurement-related issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, and documentation

What makes you unique

• Commercial or technical training with further training in procurement
• Knowledge in operational procurement and preferably in public procurement, or in the IT environment as well as basic business administration knowledge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• IT affinity, good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Good knowledge of a second official language
