SYSTEM ENGINEER – MASTER OF UPTIME & INFRASTRUCTURE (100% - W/M/D)

We are an innovative IT company from Herzogenbuchsee and deliver strong IT services for our SME customers directly from our own data center.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement:

SYSTEM ENGINEER – MASTER OF UPTIME & INFRASTRUCTURE (100% - W/M/D)

Your playing field:

• You design, implement, and integrate modern client, server, and cloud environments
• You operate, maintain, and migrate IT systems – at the customer's site or in our DC
• You work on exciting projects – internally or directly with our customers
• You support our customers in 1st- and 2nd-level support (telephone & remote) and also help out in the team
• You take on occasional on-call duty if possible

Your arsenal:

• You have completed training as an Informatiker:in EFZ (Systemtechnik) or a comparable qualification and several years of experience in the IT system environment
• Microsoft know-how – certifications are a plus, but not a must
• You have experience with server and client infrastructures
• You work independently, take responsibility, and are curious
• You are communicative, enjoy working with people, and have a strong customer orientation
• Driving license (Cat. B) with you? Perfect, because we don't just meet our customers online, but also directly on-site
