To expand our Customer Care Occupational Pensions team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as Customer Advisor Occupational Pensions 80% - 100%. You will comprehensively manage your own client portfolio and will be available for our customers' questions and concerns. This demanding and varied position includes, in particular, the following activities: * Independent advice to employers as well as insured persons regarding questions related to your area of responsibility * Preparation of offers as well as support for customers in choosing their pension solution * Acquisition of new customers * Responsible for the correct handling of daily business in active member administration, in particular: entries and exits, salary changes, transferring exit benefits, cash payment of vested benefits, buy-in calculations * Assistance with activities within the framework of year-end processing * Support for project work. You bring with you: * Commercial basic training * In-depth knowledge and several years of professional experience in the area of active member and contract administration of occupational pensions * Responsible and prudent thinking * Joy and commitment in communication with customers and colleagues * Flair for customer needs * Impeccable German skills in speaking and writing * Very good, business-fluent French skills in speaking and writing (mandatory), Italian skills are desirable * Advantageous: Further training in the area of the 2nd pillar as well as knowledge of the application M&S Pension / AKIS BV Net.
