You will lead a team of around 12 claims specialists in the UVG/UVGZ area and promote your employees professionally and personally. Together with the technical managers and the leadership team of the German-speaking Switzerland region, you will further develop the cooperation and working methods and ensure customer-oriented and efficient service delivery. What characterizes you * Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry and sound experience in claims processing in the accident sector. * Experience in the leadership and development of employees or demonstrable experience in a comparable technical leadership role. * Understanding of technical and digital developments as well as confident handling of IT topics. * Strong customer and service orientation as well as clear and appreciative communication. * Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with the ability to set priorities even in demanding situations.
