Your tasks

• Independent management of rental properties and condominium ownership
• Creation and administration of lease agreements, tenant changes, and apartment handovers
• Organization and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
• Communication with tenants, owners, authorities, and tradespeople
• Preparation of owner meetings and condominium owner meetings
• Support in the optimization and digitalization of management processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of real estate management
• Experience in real estate management, preferably in the area of rental properties and condominium ownership
• Confident handling of common management programs, primarily PropBase for us, as well as MS Office. Knowledge of Abacus, our accounting software, is an advantage
• Affinity for digital processes and modern ways of working
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of working in a small, committed team
