Tasks ###

• Independent management and processing of real estate acquisition and sale projects
• Identification and preliminary examination of properties
• Creation and submission of non-binding as well as binding offers
• Execution of due diligence and vendor due diligence examinations
• Execution of real estate valuations
• Compilation, preparation and examination of property documents as well as data rooms
• Preparation of committee proposals as well as conducting contract negotiations
• Tendering and mandating external brokers
• Coordination with notary offices and land registries
• Documentation and reporting of transaction projects

Profile ###

• University degree in economics, architecture, law or a comparable field of study
• Additional training in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Sound professional experience in Real Estate Transaction Management, Advisory or in real estate valuation
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, especially Direct Investments and real estate transactions
• Very good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with Wüest Dimensions and Immopac
• Knowledge of GaraioREM, other real estate tools as well as AI applications is an advantage
• Fluent German skills, English and French each B2
