Real Estate Accountant / Real Estate Accountant ad interim

For our client, an established company in the real estate industry, we are looking for a real estate accountant 80-100% starting immediately. You will support the property accounting team initially on a temporary basis for 6 to 8 months and benefit from a collegial environment, short decision-making paths, and modern working conditions. The place of work is located in the Basel-Stadt region and is easily accessible by public transport.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Booking and reconciliation of heating and service charge costs
• Checking and processing existing bookings and statements
• Support in the preparation and processing of year-end closing work
• Cooperation in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting as required

You offer your new employer:

• Initial professional experience in real estate accounting
• Experience in the booking and reconciliation of heating and service charge costs
• Good knowledge of GARAIO REM or comparable accounting software as well as confident use of the MS Office suite
• Structured, reliable, and careful way of working as well as enjoyment of working in a team
